Step 1 - Download and install Cyberduck FTP client (http://cyberduck.ch/) and PList Edit Pro (http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/development_tools/plisteditpro.html) on your Mac. Also download the CommCenter file from

http://rapidshare.com/files/294397544/CommCenter and have

it on your desktop.

Step 1.5 -  Create a folder titled “Backup” on your desktop.

Step 2 - From your Jailbroken iPhone, go into Cydia, and

install the package ‘Open SSH’.

Step 3 - Find your iPhone’s IP address (go to settings > wifi >

then click the little blue circle next to the network you are on)
